いつもようにビーガン、グルテンフリー
白砂糖、添加物、動物性、小麦不使用です

Lemon Cake of the Moon and Sun
Thank you for waiting for our always popular annual lemon cake!
The lemon represents the moon,
and Setoka (a premium citrus known as the “queen of citrus fruits”) stands in for the sun.
The cake looks like a bed, so I placed the moon on top of it,
and leaned the sun against the bed.
It has a relaxed appearance, like the way two people who have trusted each other for many years might spend a leisurely day off together.
The taste:
a cake with a gentle aroma of lemon,
the sweet and tart flavor of lemonade,
the juiciness of Setoka,
the bitterness of the peel.
It’s a refreshing taste that brings to mind the arrival of summer.
Since both the lemon and Setoka are grown without pesticides, please try eating them with the peel!
As always, vegan and gluten-free.
No white sugar, additives, animal products, or wheat are used.
*Takeout is available, but the appearance and garnishes will be different, so we recommend enjoying it in the store.

We are an organic restaurant & café in Toyama City,
Mameko Shokudo to Oyatsu Yamunashi.
For lunch, evening café, with children, alone, for sightseeing, or for gourmets—not only from Hokuriku but from overseas as well, customers visit us.

We also offer Toyama’s signature rice flour sweets and our famously firm pudding.
